02 / OUR STORY
From Doña Jacky to 2VSIT.
Before 2VSIT, Julio and Yami were already learning the restaurant business firsthand through Doña Jacky in Waxahachie. That experience shaped how we think about operations, marketing, customer service, growth, and what restaurant owners actually need. As the journey evolved into content creation and eventually 2VSIT Business Solutions, Yami remained part of the work and today is actively involved in client onboarding, shoots, planning, content, and project execution.
Doña Jacky — where we learned by doing
Julio and Yami were both part of Doña Jacky in Waxahachie, growing from a 340-square-foot snack shop into a larger restaurant operation. Together they lived the realities of staffing, permits, inspections, pricing, operations, marketing, customer service, customer acquisition, and the pressure that comes with growth.
Julio The Foodio — turning experience into content
Julio became publicly known as Julio The Foodio, creating bilingual content around restaurants, food, and the people behind the businesses — helping audiences discover places while giving owners another way to tell their story.
2VSIT Business Solutions — what we build now
Today Julio and Yami work side by side with clients. Yami is involved in new-client conversations, onboarding, content shoots, planning, content creation, and behind-the-scenes execution while Julio leads strategy, restaurant growth solutions, technology, and the creator-facing side of the business.
We are not trying to sell every restaurant the same thing. We want to understand the business, use what we have learned ourselves, and help find a practical next step.
